Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LYRA tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
